Our special report shows more detail: These old attractive shop houses located along side the Soi Rommanee in the heart of the old town part in Phuket city perfectly reflect the ancient value in terms of lifestyle, culture and character of Phuket. They are much appreciated by visitors. Most of the old buildings here are refurbished and repainted making them more lively, but at the same time maintain the identity of the local charisma. Some have been decorated in contemporary style, blending the much valued old to the modern lifestyles. Some are opened up as restaurants, or bars with music.
