The annual fair features many kinds of food, some rare to find and desserts. This includes Oh-Tao or fried crispy oyster, Phuket style and different types of local snack and desserts. (customer & vendor chat) This year the organizer campaigns for participating shops of 100 booths to use bio-degradable containers like banana leaves. More importantly they must strictly follow the 'Clean Food Good Taste' standard. (Charas Saetan, Organizer, explained ) Each booth shows off their uniqueness and quality. Like this one showing off the fresh preparation of Hor Mok or steamed minced fish, while others offer sea food direct from the sea. Great varieties of OTOP or One Tambon One products are also put on sale. Local food preparation demonstrations and contests are also arranged plus stage performances each night. The fair will go on until March 28th from 6 pm onwards.
